Okay, maybe Illuminati is a bit much but there has been a very successful, mysterious group called the Wellness Underground ticking away for three years. It has met each January in the happiest place on earth to bring together the greatest minds in the wellness industry.
THE WILD WEST OF WELLNESS
The wellness industry is a bit different than other industries in that we’ve had a strong set of leaders for so long, seemly without a succession plan. Who are the up and comers? How will we know them? Where is our industry going? I think we can all agree it isn’t there yet. And sadly, incessant infighting has been escalating. It’s the Wild West.

Fortunately, there were four very insightful people who thought about this conundrum and offered a way for potential new leaders to get together and get to know each other. A byproduct of this workshop trilogy was been brainstorming which is leading to transitions within our industry. Mission accomplished!
