MindWell-U is creator of the 30 Day Mindfulness Challenge, an evidence-based online mindfulness training that is proven by university researchers to reduce stress, increase resilience and improve performance.
The Challenge is just five minutes a day and is accessible online or via a smartphone. Everyone who takes it can do so with a buddy as evidence shows the buddy system works.
